Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have insurance defense and civil litigation firm is seeking paralegals with 3-5 years of experience. Bachelor's Degree / Paralegal Certificate is required. Must be an experienced in managing large volumes of information, preparing drafts of legal and other documents for attorney review, analyzing medical records, locating and interviewing witnesses and clients, preparing and answering discovery as well as discovery motions, executing social media and litigation background checks, product/company research, preparation and issuance of subpoenas, submission of filings and e-filing in Philadelphia/PA/Federal Courts. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, attention to detail skills.
