Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle products liability, commercial and other types of litigation. Responsibilities Include: Assisting attorneys in the management of their cases; Preparing basic pleadings; Managing large document productions; Obtaining and reviewing records of all types; Scheduling evidence inspections, depositions and trials; Communicating with witnesses; Preparing trial exhibits; Assisting at trials. Bachelor s Degree and/or related paralegal certificate/experience required. Must have 3+ years of experience.
