Litigation Paralegal The candidate will help manage a large, state-wide docket of ad valorem tax lien foreclosures. Position involves a high degree of responsibility and involvement in cases from initial referral to final resolution. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Manage calendar and caseload to ensure effective resolution of files. Handle electronic filing of pleadings, motions, and notices. Coordinate with appearance counsel on settings. Record and store client information. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or paralegal certificate. Must have prior experience as a paralegal or other legal field. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and e-Filing is required. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume docket is needed.
