Paralegal - Personal Injury Litigation Candidate will work on all phases of transportation, premises liability and nursing home negligence and abuse cases. Work will primarily consist of drafting pleadings and discovery responses, and interacting with clients, medical providers and lienholders. Will provide assistance with general office tasks such as clerical work, data management, and file organization. Must be self-motivated, ethical, good writers and communicators, and be committed to the practice of representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
