Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have 2 - 3 years of Immigration Experience. Able to speak, read, and write Spanish proficiently is required. Ability to take initiative and problem solve. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent phone skills. Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills. Attention to detail. Interpersonal skills and customer service skills is required. Work with supervising attorneys to oversee case management. Communicate with clients to explain immigration process and requirements- Collect relevant information and documents in support of applications- Fill out the following applications: I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-360, National Visa Center cases, and accurately and review for any errors. Prepare supporting documentation in support of the following applications: I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-360, National Visa Center cases, etc.- Manage and meet client and task deadlines- Provide detailed notes in office case management system. Must be available to work some Saturdays.
