Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate will provide support to attorneys primarily working in the insurance defense practice area. 3 years litigation experience required. This position requires exceptional secretarial skills, including proficiency with California state and federal court rules/procedures, electronic court filings, and docketing/calendaring rules. Candidates must possess a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, follow through, and strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent client service orientation, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, flexible, reliable and ability to multi-task are necessary to the position. Strong computer skills and experience functioning in a highly technological and computer-savvy environment are also essential. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word, and Net Docs a plus.
