Attorney - Commercial Real Estate The candidate will be assisting attorneys and acting as lender's counsel in all aspects of pre-closing and closings, including due diligence and correspondence with title companies, surveyors, borrower's counsel and clients for properties throughout the United States. Loan Document negotiating. Reviewing title commitments and underlying title exception documents and surveys. Coordinating with title company and surveyor to finalize for closing. Reviewing commercial leases and preparing lease abstracts. Performing other tasks and duties as assigned in all phases of the real estate life cycle. J.D. from an accredited law school is required. Should have 2+ Years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance.
