Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate should have 7+ years of experience. Should have the following skills: Familiarity with all legal terminology and procedural aspects of litigation; Preparation of all necessary litigation documents and correspondence; Word processing (80 wpm), accurate typing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobats Pro; Filing, organizing, scanning, copying and faxing legal documents; Stenography/dictation ability preferred; and Able to work cohesively in a team environment.
