Law Firm is Seeking a Litigation Paralegal Law Firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week of onsite work in the Seattle office. The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of general civil litigation in King County and be comfortable referencing local rules and procedures for other counties. This position supports attorneys who practice in probate litigation, commercial transactions and litigation, employment law, real estate disputes and personal injury. Salary: The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60K - $90K. Essential Skills and Experience: * At least three (3) years of Paralegal experience * Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required * Paralegal Certification preferred * Drafting pleadings, compiling exhibits, and filing documents during the course of litigation * Assisting attorneys in propounding and responding to discovery * Supporting attorneys during trial preparation and trial * Overall case management, including calendaring and meeting deadlines, communicating with clients and other parties, and ability to self-direct regarding routine and anticipated matters * Strong writing skills for drafting routine to complex letters, emails to clients and counsel, and pleadings * Familiarity with Practice Master or other practice management software (or the ability to quickly learn new software) * High proficiency with Microsoft Office * High proficiency with use of calendaring software to ensure court filing and other deadlines are met * Proficiency with Excel or other accounting software * Detail-oriented, pride in work, self-starter Job Summary: Law Firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their Litigation practice in their Seattle office.
