Part-time Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate must be a certified Paralegal from accredited school. Should have 3 years of strong experience in general litigation AND/OR insurance coverage/defense litigation. Must have strong experience with document handling, preparation and maintenance. Should be proficient in drafting correspondence, pleadings, briefs and other documents for trial preparation must demonstrate excellent writing skills and attention to details. Must have excellent oral communication skills, comfortable and proficient communicating with clients and witnesses.
