Prelitigation / Litigation Paralegal 14 18 The candidate will oversee personal injury cases in pre-litigation/litigation as well as some exposure traffic ticket/class c misdemeanor docket. Will manage duties to include: drafting personal injury client demand packets; requesting medical records; organizing and overseeing client files; investigating claims; corresponding with clients and carriers; drafting petitions, discovery and motions; and screening possible new personal injury cases. Litigation experience is a plus. Spanish bilingual a is plus.
