Attorney - Corporate Immigration RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing & processing incoming documents for corporate clients. Conducting immigration assessments. Writing & editing documents for USCIS, DOL and DOS. Managing co-workers such as Paralegal staff and Legal Assistants. Analyzing, evaluating and clearly presenting written information & findings. Participating in client presentations. Prioritizing, managing, and implementing multiple projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Corresponding with clients and third-party vendors in a professional & courteous manner. Understanding and supporting s mission and overarching business goals. Maintaining your valid license to practice Law in the United States. REQUIREMENTS: A current license to practice Law in the United States. 3+ years of full-time corporate immigration Attorney experience handling a full range of immigrant & non-immigrant employment-based matters. Experience with effectively handling PERM cases through to completion. A minimum of one year of experiencing supervising and managing paralegal staff who are working across multiple immigration accounts. NIV and IV experience highly desirable. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to make decisions. The ability to thrive within a past-paced, rapidly changing environment. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate recommendations for improvement. Excellent customer service skills/focus and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to apply initiative and look for innovative ways of working. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
