Paralegal Litigation The candidate will join Wealth Preservation Practice Group. Should have 4 years of litigation experience. Ideally, would have experience in a trusts and estates practice, with a focus on fiduciary and tax litigation. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to manage a diverse caseload with little supervision, and be willing to work overtime as needed. In this position will be expected to prepare and file pleadings, draft client correspondence, perform document review, assist with discovery, and maintain a calendar of docket events and deadlines. Must have Bachelor's degree and Paralegal certificate. Should be Certified Legal Assistant.
