Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be providing project management of cases (e.g., establishing & communicating timelines, follow-up with attorneys, etc.). Will be identifying and utilizing technological solutions, including document and case management platforms that bring value and enhance our legal services. Managing data collections and voluminous document productions utilizing an electronic discovery platform. Preparing pleadings, discovery response, other legal documents. Obtaining and review records of all types. Coordinating and scheduling depositions and trials. Communicating with witnesses. Collaborating with attorneys in the preparation of trial exhibits. Serving as a trial paralegal (attending trials, ADR meetings, depositions, etc.). Should have strong project management skills who are detail-oriented and well organized; also essential are exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that reflect our values of respect, dignity and kindness. A bachelor's degree with at least 3+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience, including document management database and litigation technology experience, is also required. Experience implementing and training other users on legal technological solutions is a plus.
