Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be able to handle a case from pre-litigation through trial. This includes communicating with clients, organizing medical records and billing, drafting demands and pleadings, scheduling depositions, drafting/responding to discovery, and preparing for trial. Maintain client confidentiality. Should have 2+ years of Litigation experience. Should have excellent computer skills. Should have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Should have Knowledge of case management software. Should have been highly organized. Should have a great attitude and work ethic; prioritize tasks and work independently. Proven work experience as a litigation paralegal.
