Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate should have 5+ years of Legal Secretarial and litigation experience in a law firm. Proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and word processing duties while exercising judgment over work priorities with minimal supervision. Strong legal and administrative skills are essential, as well as the ability to multi-task and perform well under strict deadlines. Preparation and submission of ECF filings. Travel arrangements, Calendaring, Expense reconciliation and Time entry. Meeting coordination with efficiency and in a proactive manner Must have knowledge of citation/court rules and litigation procedures. Assist with other duties as assigned. Must be a team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others, highly organized, self-starter and extremely detail-orientated. Must be flexible to handle changing priorities, proactive, resourceful and efficient demonstrating a high level of professionalism. Ability to maintain and understand the attorney-client relationship is crucial in this role.
