Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join established insurance defense practice. This position is responsible for a heavy litigation desk supporting multiple attorneys. Prior civil litigation experience, particularly in auto and personal injury cases is required. The day-to-day work will focus on managing the litigation process for each of your files, including dictation, drafting legal documents such as motions and discovery, working with medical records (summaries and chronologies), scheduling Independent Medical Examinations and expert depositions. Should have 5+ years experience in a civil litigation environment, and a knowledge of Outlook and Aderant Total Office, or other law practice management software program.
