Business Immigration Analyst (Paralegal) The candidate will communicate with foreign nationals and/or client contacts, providing clear and prompt responses to case status or other general inquiries, and escalating legal questions as appropriate. Perform tasks related to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies. May include document gathering, document review, case drafting, and/or preparation for filing. Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and/or internal case turnaround times, as well as any other relevant client or team KPIs. Diligently update team/firm mandated data points and milestones in case management system. Prioritize customer experience by focusing on quality of work product, responsiveness, and expectation-setting. Provide status updates to clients and senior level team members. Gain understanding of immigration case types and follow client and team specific processes. Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor. Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer facing or client service-oriented role, either in retail or professional services is required.
