Litigation Paralegal The candidate will coordinate records subpoenas; obtain, review and analyze documents including medical records, financial records, employment records or any other relevant information for discovery purposes; draft routine of complex legal documents for review and use by attorneys; review, organize and summarize medical records and other case materials; draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery request and response, general correspondence, interrogatories/answers; conduct legal research; assist in deposition preparation, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition; prepare exhibits; prepare chronologies; manage files; create status reports; and other duties as assigned. Should preferably have 3-5 years of paralegal experience in liability litigation. Must be familiar with all aspects of litigation procedure. Paralegal certificate, Bachelor's or Associate's degree a plus.
