Immigration Paralegal The candidate to assist with rapidly growing business, investment and family based immigration practice. Work independently to prepare, file and monitor Immigrant and Non Immigrant visa applications including Perm cases and consular processing. Work with clients in an efficient and courteous manner to gather the appropriate documents. Prepare forms, correspondence, supporting documents, finalize and file. Make photocopies, scan documents, answer telephone and prepare documents for mailing. Must be Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Should have 3 years of experience in preparation of family and business immigration cases including (PERM, H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, NIW).
