Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be provide overall support to litigation attorneys. Experience is required. Responding to and propounding written discovery. Preparing exhibit binders and other pre-trial documents. Scheduling and summarizing depositions. Review and summarizing discovery responses. Preparing meet-and-confer letters. Filing various litigation motions (like discovery motions) and preparing oppositions. Pre-trial court filings. Previous experience as a paralegal required. Experience in personal injury law required. Trial experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (namely Outlook, Word, Excel) required. Experience filing and e-filing documents in all California Courts and Federal Courts required.
