Corporate Paralegal Candidate will provide support for complex transactional and compliance legal matters. Must have: A bachelor s degree from reputable university with a strong GPA. 3+ years of experience working in a sophisticated transactional practice. Experience with M&A, securities, corporate governance, fund formation, venture capital, and/or private equity transactions legal matters. Meticulous attention to detail. The ability to work without any administrative support staff. The ability to own responsibilities and mistakes. A commitment to working ethically and always in the best interests of clients experience assisting with legal due diligence; a commitment to producing work product of the highest quality, and doing so efficiently; a desire to work in a flexible and collegial work environment where professionals take their work, but not themselves, seriously; a willingness to work in a demanding setting where criticism and collaboration are expected, as is ongoing effort to improve; and interest in working for pedagogical attorneys with a commitment to professional development.
