Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for review, analysis and and organization of trial documents, preparation of filings, deposition summaries and medical record summaries, legal research and general trial preparation. Must have 3+ years of substantive litigation experience with comprehensive knowledge of all phases of trial. Paralegal certificate or degree required. Should have excellent organizational ability and demonstrated ability to manage competing demands with great attention to detail. Knowledge of state and federal rules and experience E-filing in these courts is required. Must Proficient in MS Office Suite, e-discovery and litigation support tools (such as Relativity), document management systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.
