Legal Secretary, Litigation The candidate will provide litigation secretarial and administrative support as required to attorneys. Excel with heavy scheduling. Manage and maintain calendars (Admin and Litigation). Process and manage vendor invoices. Schedule and coordinate complex activities such as meetings, events, and seminars. Screen Calls. Prepare expense reports, checking requests, entering time into Intapp Time as requested, opening and distributing incoming mail, billing, etc.. Monitor and respond to incoming communications. Format/revise briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents. Generate TOC/TOA for briefs. Take initiative (i.e. trouble-shooting) in certain instances wherein insufficient and/or lack of instruction are provided. Maintain professional interaction with clients. Update and proof visual presentations. Work well under pressure with intense deadlines. Interact with others at all levels. Maintain high levels of confidentiality. Attention to detail and accuracy. Volunteers to assist others in practice group and office. Works harmoniously in a team environment and fosters team spirit. High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required. Secretarial Degree is preferred. Should have large amount of legal/litigation secretarial experience; work experience in a legal or professional services environment is required.
