Part-time Paralegal Civil Litigation The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's degree. Should preferably have 4 years of civil litigation experience. Must have experience paralegal in a high pace, busy boutique practice. Experience required. Knowledge of Florida Civil Procedure and local and administrative rules is mandatory. Should be self-motivated have the ability to draft and proofread legal pleadings and documents, E-file, coordinate, schedule electronically and set hearings, depositions, and meetings, coordinate travel calendars, handle client intakes, inventory, assemble and label evidence and documents.
