Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft/edit legal documents. Will serve in legal research, conduct client interviews. Meet all pre-lit and court deadlines. Draft legal correspondence. Assist with discovery, motions, and responses to motions. Should have a Certificate of Paralegal Studies or Associate's Degree. Trial Preparation Experience (trial binders, deposition indexes, etc.) is needed. Must be technologically literate. Should have 3-5 years of experience with litigating in a similar field. Knowledge of TRCP and FRCP needed. Bilingual preferred. Knowledge of court systems for civil cases essential.
