Litigation Paralegal Duties: Help manage/organize case files, discovery, regulatory inquiries and government investigations. Assisting attorneys with preparing legal documents, including regulatory responses, pleadings, briefs, motions, subpoenas, and discovery-related materials. Managing case files and matter documents through e-Rooms. Ensuring filings and e filings are in compliance with court, agency and SRO rules. Assisting attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests and depositions and witness interviews. Assisting with document review and analysis through various platforms, e.g., Relativity, Concordance, etc. Responsible for document production as needed. Preparing for depositions, witness interviews and investigations. Qualifications: 5+ years of litigation experience. Strong organizational skills, particularly with case files/document management. Experience with document production is highly preferred. Advanced technical skills with Excel and e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Concordance).
