Pre-Litigation Attorney or Paralegal Candidate will represent injured people. Duties will be: Confirming medical with the clients; Ordering medical records; Preparing medical summaries; Preparing demand (settlement) letters; Assisting Litigation attorneys with discovery; Tracking Service of Process; Sending out lien letters; Administering settlements; Other various duties. Qualifications: Some injury experience and some experience doing the above. Fluent in Spanish. Experience doing PI work and/or experience doing the above.
