Immigration Paralegal The candidate will perform legal and factual research. Perform records research. Organize and analyze information. Assist with communications and marketing services to companies and individuals in Central Asian and Russian markets. Use contacts previously established in those markets to develop and implement a marketing strategy. Cross-check and validate the information. Prepare written reports. Check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy. Review and monitor new and updated laws and regulations. Filling out immigration forms. Must have at a minimum a bachelor's degree in law. a foreign equivalent of a bachelor's degree is acceptable. any legal experience is preferable. Should be fluent in Russian and Kazakh languages to work on cases of Kazakh and Central. Should have enough knowledge to be able to assist immigration attorneys by preparing immigrating cases, including, but not limited to asylum applications, eb-1 immigration petitions, non-immigrant business visas applications (e-2; l-1a; l1-b, o-1; p-1, etc.), family-based petitions, applications for extension and change of status, appeals arising from the denial of said applications/ petitions, motions for reconsideration of the decisions about denial. Should be able to draft written statements, affidavits, letters, and other documents in support of the applications/petitions for immigration benefits, effectively communicate with the new and current Uzbek clients regarding their immigration cases, and gather all necessary information from them. should also have enough knowledge to be able to assist immigration attorneys by conducting the following activities: monitor and review immigration laws and regulations and updated immigration forms; conduct research on country conditions and prepare written reports accordingly; prepare recommendation letters from the experts in the relevant field of endeavor of an eb-1 visa petitioner. Should be able to make other supporting marketing and legal activities.
