Senior Paralegal - Corporate The candidate must have Bachelor s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Should have 8+ years as a corporate and securities paralegal. Private company experience is needed. Strong Blue Sky research skills is must. Experience with entity formation and qualification is needed. Real estate closing experience is a plus. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is desired. Large firm experience is helpful.
