Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years experience in Personal Injury for litigation department. Assist with drafting and reviewing of legal documents. File documents with the court. Communicate with clients.Scheduling/Calendaring. Potential negotiation of claims. Obtain medical/billing affidavits. Previous experience in personal injury is required. Must be bilingual. Needles experience strongly preferred.
