Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have experience drafting pleadings and discovery, specifically drafting Bill of Particulars and Summons & Complaints. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus. Must have 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Strong legal and administrative skills as well as the ability to multi-task and perform well under deadlines. Notary public a plus, Knowledge of Smart Advocate case management system a plus. Must be extremely professional, articulate, and able to multi-task effectively, have strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and must be a team player are essential.
