Litigation Paralegal - Law School Student/Law School Graduate Responsibilities: Handling all aspects of a personal injury case from intake through trial, including but not limited to drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and demands, drafting motions, electronic court filing, and trial preparation. Qualifications: Law School Student or Law School Graduate. Must have 1-2 years of personal injury experience, be highly organized, motivated, and detailed-oriented, and be able to meet deadlines. Must be a team player and able to accomplish tasks efficiently and with accuracy. Must be able to manage heavy client contact.
