Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be experienced paralegal possessing strong litigation and e-discovery skills. Must have the ability to prepare and oversee basic discovery including interrogatories, document requests and third party subpoenas. Should have experience in the defense of general liability claims, including premises, automobile, property damage and personal injury is a plus. Case management software experience is also a plus. Candidate must be able to work independently while adhering to litigation guidelines. Must have 3-5 years litigation experience and possess paralegal certification. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, e-filing and case management programs.
