Family Law Paralegal, Litigation The candidate will be preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, documents, and other correspondence (e.g., debt and asset lists, witness affidavits, child support worksheets, responsive pleadings, etc.). Serving as a liaison between the client and attorney, conducting client interviews. Preparing trial notebooks and providing assistance in trial settings. Preparing and reviewing discovery packages, including financial information disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories, and production requests. Prepare and understand financial accounts as well as other financial and statistical reports. Compose and disseminate correspondence as required. BA or BS degree preferred. Associate's degree or paralegal certificate with 5 years of comparable work experience required.
