Employment Law Litigation Paralegal The candidate work in Employment Wage and Hour Law Division. Responsibilities: Drafting and/or proofreading correspondence and pleadings is required; Calendaring depositions, mediations, hearings, court deadlines; Filing pleadings with the court, including electronic filings with Federal Court. 3+ years Litigation Paralegal experience required. Employment Law paralegal experience preferred. Must have experience answering discovery, trial and mediation preparation, and have the ability to summarize depositions. Should be strong knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes and procedures. High school diploma required.
