Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be an experienced litigation paralegal to join expanding health care practice. Will be responsible for review, analysis and and organization of trial documents, preparation of filings, deposition summaries,medical record summaries/chronologies and legal research. Should have 3+ years of substantive litigation experience with comprehensive knowledge of all phases of trial (defense side experience preferred). Paralegal certificate or degree required. Excellent organizational ability and demonstrated ability to manage competing demands with great attention to detail needed. Knowledge of state and federal rules and experience E-filing in these courts essential. Proficient in MS Office Suite, e-discovery and litigation support tools (such as Relativity), document management systems and ability to learn new systems quickly required. Advanced written and verbal communication skills required. Advanced critical thinking and decision making skills needed.
