Legal Secretary Corporate Duties: Maintain calendar, coordinated attorney's schedule, arrange domestic and international travel, and makes appointments. Answer and screen attorney's telephone calls and arranges domestic and international conference calls. Maintain timely input of attorney timesheets into the timekeeper system. Moderate document production. Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records. Assist other secretaries as needed. Qualifications: 5+ years of previous Legal Secretary experience. Experience with billing is highly preferred. Excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills. Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and have great follow-through skills. Strong overall administrative skills including, time sheets, travel, expense reports, copying, scanning and coordination of filing. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and various legal software applications. Heavy knowledge of Word, plus basic Excel and PowerPoint knowledge. Must have exceptional knowledge of Outlook calendaring and scheduling. Must have the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
