Litigation Paralegal The candidate will manage primary responsibilities include organizing logistics for patent-based trials, maintaining litigation files, summarizing depositions, organizing exhibits, preparing case notebooks, preparing simple pleadings and litigation documents, preparing deposition binders and exhibits, cite checking pleadings, reviewing litigation production documents, and other litigation and trial support. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Trial experience as a litigation paralegal is highly desirable. Appellate and district-court litigation experience is needed. Familiarity with patent litigation is preferred. Strong academic credentials and undergraduate degree is required.Communication skills, both written and verbal is needed.
