Litigation Paralegal Duties: Draft petitions, discovery requests and responses, motions, orders, demands, letters, trial documents, etc. Schedule hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, and other meetings. Supervise the litigation team workflow. Requirements: 2-5 years of personal injury case litigation, including specific experience handling a high volume of personal injury litigation. Must have the ability to work with minimal direction and exercise strong initiative, judgment, and confidentiality. Utilization of practice management software preferred (Needles,Time Matters etc.). Proficient in E-Filing, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat & Needles.
