Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience. Responsible for caseload of non-immigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1A, O-1B, E-1 and E-2, TN non-immigrant visas, and DS-160 applications for multinational managers and executives. Will be trained on PERM/Labor Certification, I-140 preference categories and I-140 Immigrant Petitions for Multinational Managers/Executives, I-140 NIWs, Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing. Should have Associates or Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of employment-based immigration experience; or PL certificate from ABA approved program and 1-2 years of employment-based immigration experience; or Will consider a recent law school graduate with at least 1 year of experience in employment-based immigration, working as a law clerk or paralegal. Experience required must be U.S. employment based immigration law, working with the non-immigrant visa categories. Preference for applicants with some working knowledge of PERM/Labor Certification. Should have MS Office, Excel and Immigration related client management software. Experience monitoring a full caseload, and responding to RFEs. Must have the ability to communicate and interact professionally.
