Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support the full scope of our Plaintiff Personal Injury group, with an emphasis on personal injury litigation. Perform legal work as requested by our attorneys. Prepare pleadings, including but not limited to complaints, motions, arbitration statements, and trial memos. Maintain exceptional communication with firm clients. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury. Must have proficiency in New Jersey PIP. Proficiency with New Jersey Rules of Court required. Proficiency in E-filing both New Jersey and Pennsylvania pleadings. Strong communication skills essential. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills are must. Attention to detail and computer proficiency necessary.
