Immigration Paralegal The candidate will partner with Immigration attorneys and work with the paralegal team on all aspects of case management and preparation. This is a redesigned role, which will utilize the candidate's experience, while creating professional development opportunities to work with different attorneys, oversee junior paralegals, manage the day-to-day work on various firm accounts, and have exposure to the unique opportunities and professional growth that come with working in a large, nationally recognized, general practice firm. Docket review and managing visa expirations. Preparation and delegation of H-1B, J-1, L-1, O-1, TN, E-1/E-2, EB-1, and other types of NIV and IV petitions. Preparation and oversight of PERM labor certification cases. Bachelor's Degree required. 3+ years of business immigration experience required; experience in a law firm setting preferred. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute through to completion. Creative problem solving skills, reasoning ability and logical thought process. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and meet various deadlines. Demonstrated ability to professionally interact and collaborate with colleagues at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Outstanding sense of customer service.
