Immigration Paralegal Legal Supervisor - Removal The candidate will supervise and train removal team of 5+ Legal Assistants. Identify, prioritize, and distribute casework. Administratively open/close cases in LawLogix immigration software and monitor Legal Assistant caseloads. Draft, proofread, and finalize filings submitted to USCIS and EOIR. Calendar critical case deadlines and follow up with clients and attorneys to ensure timely submission of pleadings and other documents. Lead monthly team meetings and organize case audits. Provide additional support to removal attorneys as necessary. Should have 3+ years of Paralegals & Legal Assistants experience. Supervisory experience is preferred. Should preferably have 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Spanish skills are required.
