Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including conducting legal research, document filing. Paralegal certification required. Must have 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Should have proven working experience as a litigation paralegal. Must have the applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices, etc. Must be a self-starter and highly motivated, professional, and organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Lexis Nexis, and Outlook. Should be professional on the telephone and have client communication skills, excellent proofing, and editing skills.
