Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager/Paralegal The candidate will participate in all aspects of our pre-litigation personal injury practice, including opening claims, obtaining evidence, obtaining medical records and bills, assisting clients with treatment, assisting clients with their property damage claims and corresponding with insurance companies on a daily basis. Maintain communication with clients and provide case updates promptly. Monitor and maintain client treatment portfolio. Obtaining evidence, documents, medical records and medical bills related to our clients' case. Assisting clients with their property damage claims. Manage attorney schedule efficiently (attorney-client meetings, court appearances, etc.). Organize and maintain electronic case files within the company software/case management system. 2 years of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) with high proficiency are required. Experience with Case Management Software are required. Associates, Bachelors, or Paralegal Certificate is highly preferred.
