Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft, review and file legal documents such as notices, motions, discovery responses and other pleadings for attorneys; Case Management; Review and summarize case files; Input billing for daily activity; Compile, analyze and organize information; and Other duties as assigned. Must understand legal terminology and procedures. Knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure required. Familiar with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure preferred. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Should have working knowledge of Practice Panther. Must have Associate's Degree or comparable work experience. Florida Registered Paralegal preferred. Should have 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal (experience with property claims is a plus). Work experience may substitute for Education (Vice Versa). Must have strong administrative skills handling the department calendar, scheduling calls, maintaining tasks and deadlines.
