Paralegal - Prelitigation The candidate will open, manage, organize and prioritize a large case load; Open 1st and 3rd Party claims; Request, review and summarize medical records; Assist with the drafting and reviewing of correspondence and demand packages; Establish and maintain healthcare liens; Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; Maintain communication with client, insurance company and attorney. Must have 1+ year of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
