Part-time Litigation Paralegal The candidate will answer calls from prospective clients and work with our attorneys on those cases. Direct contact with clients and attorneys. The initial draft of some pleadings, including discovery requests and responses. Should have 3+ years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal court. Experience in employment law is preferred. Should have experience doing the following: filing documents in federal and state court, converting discovery requests from a PDF to Word so we can input responses, creating Excel Spreadsheets, generating a table of contents and authorities, citing checking briefs, communicating with clients and preparing pleadings to get filed.
