Litigation Paralegal Do you have the skills and experience to be a successful Litigation Paralegal at a leading personal injury law firm? If so, DeMayo Law Offices is currently looking for an experienced, knowledgeable & organized Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Job Responsibilities As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting the Litigation Attorneys with the handling of complex and serious personal injury litigation cases. Your role will be critical to the success of our clients cases by managing the case, ensuring complete & timely trial preparation, and keeping clients informed every step of the way. Specific duties and responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal include: Communicating with clients regularly Managing cases, including scheduling; preparing summons, complaints, motions, discovery responses, etc.; obtaining & summarizing medical records; trial preparation; etc. Meeting with clients and assisting with completion of litigation questionnaire Supporting the attorneys with all aspects of litigation to help ensure our clients receive maximum possible recovery for their cases. Job Requirements In order to be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Five or more years of personal injury law firm experience Self-motivated and able to prioritize work to ensure responsibilities are completed in an efficient and timely manner Excellent organizational skills Extensive knowledge of PI-related medical issues Experience working on complex liability and personal injury claims Bilingual (Spanish) candidates will really stand out!
